Nothing is impossible with God.

That is not a bumper sticker. It is a framework for how to live. David walked toward Goliath. He did not have the weapons, the training, the resume, or the size. He had five smooth stones, a sling, and the understanding that the giant was not his problem to solve alone. Eighty-five giants fell at his feet over his lifetime. He built a stone wall. He became king. Not because the path was easy - but because he kept showing up and kept trusting.

The loaves and fish story is the same pattern. A kid in a crowd of five thousand has five loaves and two fish. By any human calculation that is irrelevant. By God's math it feeds everyone. The limitation is not the point. The obedience is the point. You bring what you have. God handles the multiplication.

The farmer prepares the field. He plows, he plants, he works. He cannot make it rain. That is not his job. His job is the field. You do your very best and leave the rest up to Him.

PREPARE YOUR FIELDS

The farmer cannot make it rain. He can only prepare the field. Do the work that is yours to do - completely, without reservation, without holding back. Then trust God with what you cannot control. That is the entire formula. The farmer prepares the field. God brings the rain.

Facing the Giants is built entirely on this theology. The death crawl scene is not just about football. The coach asks Brock to do his very best, blindfolded, without watching the scoreboard or measuring the progress. Brock doesn't know how far he's gone. He only knows he can't stop. When the blindfold comes off he's in the end zone. He gave everything he had and God took it the rest of the way.

"It's all heart from here. I need you to keep going. Don't quit on me. Give me more. Give me more." ... "Don't quit! Don't quit! Keep going! Don't stop here! Don't stop here!" "I can't see. Where am I?" "You're in the end zone."

DAVID vs GOLIATH - THE KICK - NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD

The kicker's name is David. The opposing team is the Giants - bigger, stronger, faster, and they outnumber them. The game is statistically over. The field goal is impossibly long. No one in the stands believes it can happen. It is David against Goliath, literally written into the script.
